1. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, acting as the RSPP for Italian operations, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation.
2. Communicate protocols effectively and measure organizational Health & Safety maturity across various locations.
3. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee safety and health awareness.
4. Organize comprehensive Health & Safety training aligned with legal requirements and LVMH objectives.
5. Lead a team of H&S professionals in Italy and coordinate with international consultants.
6. Oversee regional Health & Safety activities to ensure local compliance and support regional counterparts.
7. Manage global monitoring of Health & Safety at events and construction sites.
8. Promote the dissemination of best practices across regions and countries.
9. Report on Health & Safety compliance and initiatives to Senior Management.

1. Proven expertise in Health & Safety and Environment roles, with a minimum of 10 years in similar positions.
2. Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or equivalent, with additional professional HSE qualifications.
3. In-depth knowledge of Italian and international Health & Safety laws and practices.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health & Safety and Environment positions, both in Italy and internationally.

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or equivalent.
