3. Develop a robust front-end roadmap to ensure website navigation is innovative, user-friendly, accessible, and continuously optimized.
4. Lead media innovation initiatives.

1. 8-10 years of successful experience in delivering digital projects in an international context with a proven track record of successful project launches and positive business and customer outcomes.
2. Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the luxury business.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities across various areas such as media, brand, UX, and communication, and to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to perform consistently under pressure in a fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to luxury and detail.
6. Demonstrated interest in staying abreast of emerging digital trends.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
5. Expertise in SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital project management within an international luxury context.
