1. Contribute to the creative development of window displays through innovative ideas and research.
2. Support the design process by developing graphic layouts and delivering specialized design work.
3. Review window order booklets and render network for precise kit ordering for all schemes.
4. Initiate conference calls with local VM and contractors to review technical booklets for each scheme.
5. Plan and execute worldwide window installation schedules with regional VMs for all stores.
6. Challenge the quality of installation by regional VMs and provide alternative solutions.
7. Develop strong communication and working relationships with local VM project managers.
8. Communicate key VM window initiatives to the regional VM network in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Director.
9. Provide artistic direction and support to regional teams.
10. Streamline and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of VM window rotation guidelines.
11. Request and compile window photos from each store to review with the regional VM team on quality and execution.
12. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Director on creative visual aspects of special window and store openings.
13. Work with regional VMs and store managers on visual aspects of special window and store openings.
14. Control, update, monitor, and manage the VM window budget.
15. Evaluate, negotiate, and challenge all VM vendor partnerships.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

1. Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD/RHINO, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Cinema 4D or equivalent, Procreate
2. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
3. Critical thinking ability
4. Sense of urgency and ability to reprioritize efficiently and multitask
5. Clear communication skills, both oral and written
6. Digital photography skills
7. Fluency in English, both spoken and written

A minimum of 5 years of retail visual merchandising and window installation experience in a multi-store format is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
