1. Oversee the implementation and execution of visual merchandising guidelines across free-standing and leased department store locations.
2. Liaise with Market and Store Leaders to analyze business results and adjust visual strategies while maintaining brand standards.
3. Plan and implement regional adaptations of brand visual guidance in collaboration with the merchant team.
4. Create and share new visual ideas and suggestions to drive sales results.
5. Ensure stores are presented in an elevated and luxurious manner, focusing on client experience through windows, installations, and product placement.
6. Manage and instill accountability in store teams for maintaining store standards through training and resource provision.
7. Organize and execute seasonal window displays and in-store installations according to corporate standards.
8. Support wholesale initiatives within the market as needed.
9. Train, coach, and develop a team of Visual Ambassadors and Store Leaders.
10. Communicate with the corporate VM team through regular calls and reports.
11. Support cross-functional partners with brand initiatives such as events and furniture refreshes.
12. Develop organizational initiatives to increase operational efficiency across the VM team.
13. Organize and maintain props for all locations, ensuring they are current and in good condition.

1. 5+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with a high-end luxury brand.
2. Ability to travel to stores as required.

1. Strong visual eye for detail, style, color palette, and display composition.
2. Interest in fashion, design, and art.
3. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Knowledge of Illustrator or InDesign is preferable.
7. Experience in coordinating and installing window displays and using power tools.

Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
