1. Support the technical information archive, including Windows technical drawings Masterfile, and store pictures and layouts for Woman, Man, and Kids stores.
2. Assist in coordinating the Visual Merchandising window theme schedule and arranging calendars.
3. Collaborate in reviewing and organizing the worldwide network of stores for thematic consistency.
4. Support in requesting and archiving window photos from each store, reviewing quality and execution with the Regional VM team, and providing feedback to the HQ team post-scheme completion.
5. Cooperate in organizing window tools stock for each zone, including mannequins and totems, and creating reports on quantities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design (Product, Industrial, Interior)

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
2. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
3. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
4. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a flexible attitude
7. Fluency in English
8. Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field.
