1. Support institutional window set up and in-store visual merchandising changes.
2. Work on visual merchandising rotations from stock sampling to shop floor implementation.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards align with corporate guidelines.
4. Prepare windows and visual merchandising photo reports.
5. Manage visual merchandising props and display tools, including correct usage, maintenance, inventory, and orders.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising activities with the Visual Merchandising Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or Retail Design.
2. Previous professional experience in a similar position, preferably within international luxury retail, is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
3. Fluency in English; fluency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Orientation towards continuous improvement, open-mindedness, and teamwork.
6. High accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or Retail Design.
