1. Support institutional window setup and in-store visual merchandising changes.
2. Work on visual merchandising rotations from stock sampling to shop floor implementation.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards align with corporate guidelines.
4. Create windows and visual merchandising photo reports.
5. Manage visual merchandising props and display tools, including correct usage, maintenance, inventory, and orders.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising activities with the Visual Merchandising Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or Retail Design.
2. Previous professional experience in a similar position, preferably in international luxury retail, is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
3. Fluency in English; fluency in Italian is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Highly accurate, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Continuous improvement oriented, open-minded, and a team player.

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or Retail Design.
