- Develop and maintain strong communication and working relationships with the HQ Visual Merchandising team.
- Communicate key visual merchandising window initiatives to the Greater China visual merchandising network.
- Provide artistic direction, support, and solutions to local teams.
- Streamline and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of visual merchandising window rotation guidelines.
- Request and compile window photos from each store for quality and execution review with the China visual merchandising team, and send photos and feedback to the HQ team after completion of each scheme.
- Regularly implement visual merchandising strategies in China stores according to retail strategy.
- Control production with local contractor sourcing in China.
- Update visual merchandising guidelines for each store following HQ visual merchandising strategy.
- Conduct visual merchandising training and regular in-store training in various cities.
- Build and maintain a visual database from visual merchandising activities.
- Control, update, monitor, and manage the visual merchandising budget across finance, region, and HQ.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and challenge all visual merchandising vendor partnerships to optimize spending.
- Efficiently plan, develop, and present strategic budgets that align with the company's long-term vision and support sustainable growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual arts, interior design, or a related field.
- Logistical mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional visual merchandising professional skills, with a detail- and result-oriented approach.
- Capacity for critical thinking and a strategic approach.
A minimum of 10 years of retail visual merchandising experience in a multi-store format is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual arts, interior design, or a related field.
