- Lead the development and execution of global visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market needs.
- Oversee the implementation of creative and merchandising standards across markets, maintaining luxury standards while tailoring experiences to specific regions.
- Facilitate the creative production process by communicating briefs, managing layout plans, and coordinating with the headquarters visual merchandising team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional corporate departments to align visual merchandising initiatives with broader brand objectives.
- Design and implement visual training programs for retail and visual merchandising ambassador teams to enhance luxury aesthetics and operational efficiency.
- Regularly visit retail locations to identify training opportunities, establish visual standards, and oversee their deployment across the regional network.
- Support the VP of Visual Merchandising with strategic initiatives, acting as the primary field communication liaison and providing feedback from a field perspective.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, conducting regular touch bases and fostering professional growth.
- 10+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising Management with a background in design and a deep understanding of fashion and retail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and expertise in people management.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
