1. Implement engaging visual displays and store layouts according to brand directives.
2. Plan, organize, and execute visual merchandising activities within Malaysia.
3. Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and regional visual merchandising teams to ensure alignment with global guidelines and business needs.
4. Provide regular feedback to the retail manager, merchandising team, and visual merchandising team after each rotation.
5. Coordinate seasonal schemes, lightbox, and promotional activities to maintain brand identity.
6. Ensure local visual merchandising standards align with global guidelines.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and business partners for smooth execution of window installations and new campaign images.
8. Manage the ordering of seasonal and existing props, closely monitoring the budget.
9. Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and techniques, and conduct competitor photo reports quarterly.
10. Coach client advisors and visual merchandising ambassadors on guidelines and display maintenance.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in visual merchandising.
2. Diploma in Art or Visual Communication.

2. Ability to work independently and handle display elements physically.
3. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Photoshop and MS Office.

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising is required.

Diploma in Art or Visual Communication.
