Fendi Visual Merchandiser

- Provide and support stores in visual merchandising presentation.
- Collaborate and support the realization of general visual merchandising training, product guidelines, display strategy, new openings, and in-store/product events.
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to ensure store changes align with business needs.
- Report and provide regular feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager and other management after each rotation.
- Manage end-to-end monthly floorset launches and new window displays in all stores, often requiring night work.
- Ensure local visual merchandising standards align with global guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and business partners for perfect rollout of window installations or new campaign images.
- Coordinate product rotation according to window guidelines.
- Manage the re-ordering and delivery of props.
- Supervise stores and travel retail stores to maintain Fendi’s visual merchandising standards.
- Support new collections presentation in stores.
- Collaborate on the opening of new stores.
- Coach client advisors and visual merchandising ambassadors on displays.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in visual merchandising.
- Diploma in Art or Visual Communication.
- Flair for creativity.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Independent and self-disciplined.
- Outgoing, dependable, and proactive team player.
- Good organizing and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising is required.
Diploma in Art or Visual Communication.
