1. Monitor cash positions and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow needs.
2. Ensure timely collection and disbursement of funds.
3. Manage bank accounts and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
4. Oversee all banking transactions and manage the payment platform.
5. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with group guidelines and internal controls.
7. Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports to support decision-making.
8. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate changes.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate treasury operations.
10. Manage and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.

1. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Advanced skills in SAP4Hana or other ERP systems.
2. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools such as SAP Analytics and Business Objects.
3. Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Passion for and understanding of the retail, fashion, and luxury sectors.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
