Fendi Treasury Operations Manager

1. Monitor cash positions and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow needs.
2. Ensure timely collection and disbursement of funds.
3. Manage bank accounts and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
4. Oversee all banking transactions.
5. Manage the Payment Platform, including bank signing mandates and reporting activities.
6. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate changes.
7. Develop, implement, and update treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and internal controls.
8. Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate treasury operations.
10. Manage and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Advanced skills in SAP4Hana or other ERP systems.
2. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools such as SAP analytics and Business Objects.
3. Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Passion and understanding of the retail, fashion, and luxury sector.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
