- Maintain and manage orders within the system, ensuring seamless daily operations with third-party warehouse partners.
- Coordinate with forwarders and customs clearance partners to ensure timely reception of products in Japan.
- Oversee a designated portfolio of products, including sales forecasting and distribution planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc sales and stock analysis to optimize stock coverage.
- Report directly to the Logistics Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Boutique teams, as well as Fendi HQ Demand and Distribution and Logistics Teams.
- Engage with external partners, including third-party warehouse and forwarding companies.
- University degree in a relevant field such as Scientific, Economic, or Business disciplines. A specialization in Supply Chain is advantageous.
- Compliance with VIE regulations regarding age and eligibility.
- Strong hands-on ability with excellent multitasking and deadline management skills.
- Proficient analytical and planning capabilities.
- International exposure with flexibility and independence.
- Team-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency in Japanese.
