1. Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) of supply chain processes to detail and streamline recurring tasks within the zone.
2. Identify and recommend improvements for processes and tasks with low value-added to enhance efficiency.
3. Develop new procedures to optimize supply chain processes.
4. Coordinate with distribution planners to recommend and implement automation and optimization of operational tasks.
5. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to better meet market demands.
6. Support and develop supply chain excellence projects.
7. Assist in the follow-up and implementation of KPIs and develop dashboards for performance tracking.
8. Monitor and develop logistics and sustainability projects within the zone.

1. 1-year professional experience in a similar position, preferably in international luxury retail.

1. Strong understanding of supply chain procedures.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
3. Excellent analytical skills.
4. Ability to handle stressful and last-minute requests.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Continuous improvement mindset, open-mindedness, and teamwork skills.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Beginner level experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering; a degree in Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
