1. Assist in daily supply chain activities including distribution planning, stock rebalancing, and sell-through optimization.
2. Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers to prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models.
3. Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds forecast.
4. Optimize sales and sell-through for seasonal products by creating analytical tools and dashboards.
5. Prepare presentations for senior leaders and business reviews.
6. Allocate merchandise to stores and e-commerce according to launch plans and inventory levels.
7. Run stock reports to ensure delivery visibility and build alerts to minimize 'sleeping' inventory.
8. Coordinate merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs and support events such as caravans and trunk shows.
9. Develop reporting dashboards for planning and management teams using Microsoft Power BI.
10. Support store opening and closing plans.

1. Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with prior internship experience in a related field.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
