1. Assist in daily supply chain activities, focusing on stock management, distribution planning, stock rebalancing, and sell-through optimization.
2. Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data to develop statistical forecast models.
3. Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to secure additional inventory when demand surpasses forecasts.
4. Allocate merchandise to stores and e-commerce platforms according to launch plans and inventory levels.
5. Coordinate merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs, refresh assortments, and support events such as caravans and trunk shows.
6. Develop dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft tools to enhance data visualization and decision-making.
7. Propose continuous improvements to optimize supply chain processes and service levels.
8. Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams to address distribution challenges and identify opportunities.
9. Support store opening and closing plans.

1. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
7. Strong interest in product management.
8. Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
