Fendi Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve store performance by ensuring KPIs targets are met.
- Strategize and implement improvement plans, taking calculated risks when necessary.
- Conduct daily briefings to reinforce salesfloor behaviors and action plans.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and develop loyal clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.
- Inspire teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Provide on-the-job training and conduct induction for new employees.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Oversee accuracy in daily invoices and petty cash management.
- Ensure Fendi's standards are maintained across all store activities.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a boutique lead role.
- Strong business acumen and result-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
