- Monitor and achieve store performance by ensuring KPIs targets are met.
- Strategize and implement improvement plans while taking calculated risks.
- Conduct daily briefings to reinforce salesfloor behaviors and action plans.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations.
- Develop loyal customers and assign them to Client Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.
- Inspire teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Provide on-the-job training and conduct induction for new joiners.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Ensure accuracy in daily invoices and control costs efficiently.
- Maintain Fendi's standards in customer service and internal control.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a boutique lead capacity.
- Strong business acumen and result-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
- Effective decision-making and risk-taking abilities.
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet organizational goals.
- Managerial courage to address difficult issues.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse team.
