1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.

10. Develop and maintain a dedicated customer base using CRM tools.
11. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
12. Improve Mystery Shop Results through targeted action plans.
13. Cultivate a strong culture of private appointments.
14. Ensure seamless alignment between front and back of house operations.
15. Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and store coverage.
16. Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
17. Review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
18. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
19. Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
20. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
21. Lead health and safety protocols and processes.
22. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
23. Foster a positive work environment to develop and empower staff.
24. Recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
25. Implement company policies and manage disciplinary actions appropriately.
26. Assess staff performance and growth potential to build a strong team.
27. Identify and address individual and team training needs.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven orientation and goal-setting capabilities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
