- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.

- Improve Mystery Shop Results through targeted action plans.
- Cultivate a strong culture of private appointments.
- Ensure seamless alignment between front and back of house operations.
- Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and store coverage.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead health and safety protocols and processes.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive work environment to develop and empower staff.
- Recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Implement company policies and manage disciplinary actions appropriately.
- Assess staff performance and growth potential to build a strong team.
- Identify and address individual and team training needs.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven orientation and goal-setting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
