- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategic action plans to boost sales and client engagement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.

- Ensure optimal stock levels and assortment in partnership with the merchandising team.
- Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events team to organize local events.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and mentor the team to meet these expectations.
- Implement and manage CRM tools to cultivate dedicated Fendi customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients and prospects.
- Improve Mystery Shop Results through targeted action plans.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Ensure seamless operations between front of house and back of house.
- Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and store coverage.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Create a supportive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit top talent and implement company policies regarding disciplinary actions.
- Assess staff performance and growth potential to build a strong team.
- Identify and address individual and team training needs.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
