1. Monitor and achieve store performance through relevant KPIs.
2. Assist in the selling process to enhance sales.
3. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories.
4. Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for team members.
5. Stay informed about local trading environments and competitors' activities.
6. Manage and supervise the team in executing company operating and stock procedures.
7. Ensure high-quality customer service to meet client expectations.
8. Develop loyal Fendi clients through CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
9. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
10. Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
11. Motivate employees to foster team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations.
12. Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs.
13. Identify training needs for individual and team development and communicate these to HR.
14. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in line with company KPIs and policies.
15. Ensure Fendi's standards are consistently applied across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities.

1. 7-10 years of experience in fashion/luxury sales.
2. 5-7 years of experience in top-location management of a retail luxury business.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
