Fendi Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve store performance through relevant KPIs.
- Assist in the selling process to enhance sales.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for team members.
- Stay informed about local trading environments and competitors' activities.
- Manage and supervise the team in executing company operating and stock procedures.
- Ensure high-quality customer service to meet client expectations.
- Develop loyal Fendi clients through CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
- Motivate employees to foster team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs.
- Identify training needs for individual and team development and communicate these to HR.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in line with company KPIs and policies.
- Ensure Fendi's standards are consistently applied across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities.
- 7-10 years of experience in fashion/luxury sales.
- 5-7 years of experience in top-location management of a retail luxury business.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Strong selling and communication skills.

- Strong customer orientation.
- Goal-oriented and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, with significant management experience in a retail setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
