Fendi Store Manager

- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve results.

- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers.
- Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
- Complete administrative tasks including staff scheduling and operational reporting.
- Manage store Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and inventory management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive team environment and support staff development through goal setting and feedback.
- Recruit top talent and assess staff performance for growth potential.
- Implement company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
