1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
8. Strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers.
9. Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
10. Complete administrative tasks including staff scheduling and operational reporting.
11. Manage store Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and inventory management.
12. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
13. Foster a positive team environment and support staff development through goal setting and feedback.
14. Recruit top talent and assess staff performance for growth potential.
15. Implement company policies and health and safety protocols.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Fluency in English is essential.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
