Fendi Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve store performance using relevant KPIs.
- Contribute to the store's sales targets.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team and individuals.
- Set sales targets for individuals and departments.
- Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
- Propose in-store activities.
- Instruct and supervise staff in executing company operating procedures.
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
- Develop loyal Fendi customers and ensure proper client advisor assignments.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and new customers.
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
- Manage the sales force to achieve sales targets and assign daily tasks.
- Motivate employees to promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Enhance individual performance through monthly reviews and daily coaching.
- Assist HR in recruiting qualified applicants.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Ensure proper staffing and effective store coverage.
- Equip the team with necessary tools and maintain accounts.
- Set up in-store training routines and conduct on-the-job training.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners and mentoring exercises.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to HR.
- Manage day-to-day administration and operational needs.
- Submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Inform management of store-level decisions and staff issues.
- Oversee daily invoices, petty cash, and invoice control.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Maintain Fendi’s standards in customer service and internal control.
- Conduct inventory checks and address discrepancies.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Display best sellers prominently and optimize display and storage.
- Align visual merchandising with sales performance.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail or luxury industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong commercial and customer service mindset.
- Outgoing, dependable, and proactive team player.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to generate trust among coworkers and clients.
- Strong business acumen, result-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Capacity to implement initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or luxury industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
