1. Monitor and achieve store performance using relevant KPIs.

3. Conduct daily briefings and animate them with a 'Team Board'.
4. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across all product categories, promoting cross-selling.
5. Set performance targets for the team and individuals using relevant KPIs.
6. Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
7. Manage and supervise the team to ensure compliance with company operating and stock procedures.
8. Ensure high-quality customer service to meet client expectations.
9. Develop loyal Fendi clients through CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
11. Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
12. Effectively manage the sales force to achieve sales goals and assign daily tasks.
13. Motivate employees to enhance team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations.
14. Enhance individual performance through monthly reviews and daily coaching.
15. Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs.
16. Supervise store personnel, enforce company policies, and adhere to disciplinary procedures.
17. Ensure proper management of staffing rosters for adequate store coverage.
18. Set up in-store training routines and conduct induction training for new joiners.
19. Identify training needs for talent development and communicate them to HR.
20. Manage day-to-day administrative needs.
21. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management, adhering to KPIs and policies.
22. Inform management of store-level decisions and staff issues.
23. Control costs effectively to ensure efficient store operations.
24. Maintain Fendi's standards across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities.
25. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and sales performance.

1. More than 10 years of experience in a managerial role.

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred.
