1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.

5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock levels and assortments in collaboration with the merchandising team.

13. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
14. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.

16. Recruit and develop top talent in the market.
17. Implement company policies and manage disciplinary actions as needed.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
