- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clientele.
- Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and assortments in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling and store coverage.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Foster a positive team environment and support staff development through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit and develop top talent in the market.
- Implement company policies and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
