Fendi Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking and ensuring that the KPIs targets are met.
- Strategize and implement improvement plans in a timely manner, taking calculated risks when necessary.

- Ensure that Fendi’s standards are applied and maintained at all times across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities.
- Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with company standards.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with at least 3 years in a boutique lead role.
- Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Experience in developing people to meet organizational missions and ambitions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Ability to make effective and timely decisions with an appropriate level of risk-taking.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse teams.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
