1. Drive and increase sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and deliver events and incentives to enhance business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations.
8. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
9. Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage requirements.
11. Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
13. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
14. Foster a positive work environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
15. Recruit and develop top talent to build a strong team.
16. Identify training needs and promote career growth within the team.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
