- Drive and increase sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
- Organize and deliver events and incentives to enhance business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage requirements.
- Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive work environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit and develop top talent to build a strong team.
- Identify training needs and promote career growth within the team.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
