- Monitor and achieve store performance through relevant KPIs.
- Assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership.
- Conduct daily briefings and animate team discussions.
- Analyze business performance, propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales.
- Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations.
- Develop loyal Fendi clients and implement CRM tools and clienteling actions.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results with targeted action plans.
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and promote teamwork.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Ensure proper management of staffing roster for appropriate store coverage.
- Set up in-store training routines and conduct induction training for new joiners.
- Identify individual and team training needs and communicate these to HR.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Ensure Fendi’s standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities.
- Ensure that visual merchandising is consistent with company standards.
- More than 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- English proficiency mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Administration and financial skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.
- Goal-oriented and multitasking abilities.
Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred.
