1. Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs.
2. Assist in the selling process.
3. Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales for each product category.
4. Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individuals with relevant KPIs.
5. Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitors' trading activities.
6. Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures.
7. Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering excellent customer service standards.
8. Develop loyal Fendi clients and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
9. Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients.
10. Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
11. Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
12. Work with HR Department in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs.
13. Identify individual and team training needs to develop talents and communicate these needs to HR Department.
14. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies.
15. Ensure that Fendi’s standards are applied and maintained at all times across customer service, internal control, VM, and back-office activities (stocks, administration, etc.).

1. 7-10 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
2. 5-7 years’ experience in top-location management of a retail luxury business.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

3. Leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism.
4. Strong customer orientation skills.
5. Goal-oriented approach, multitasking.
6. Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in fashion/luxury industry.
8. Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
