1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and client engagement.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock levels and assortment in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service and develop a loyal customer base.
9. Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and operational reporting.
10. Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
12. Foster a positive and motivating team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
13. Recruit and develop top talent, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management tools.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Fluency in English is required.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
