1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
