- Monitor and achieve store performance by ensuring KPIs are met.
- Strategize and implement improvement plans, taking calculated risks when necessary.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
- Stay informed about local and global market trends affecting sales.
- Propose in-store activities to engage staff and celebrate team successes.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a boutique lead capacity.
- Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Experience in building strong client relationships.
