- Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
- Strategize and implement improvement plans, taking calculated risks when necessary.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
- Stay informed about local and global market environments and their impact on sales.
- Propose in-store activities to engage staff and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures and internal policies.

- Develop loyal Fendi customers and strategically assign them to Client Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail/luxury industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to make effective and timely decisions with appropriate risk-taking.
- Experience in developing people and ensuring proper development/succession plans.
