1. Monitor and achieve store performance by ensuring KPIs targets are met.
2. Strategize and implement improvement plans, taking calculated risks when necessary.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
4. Stay informed about local and global market trends affecting sales.
5. Propose in-store activities to engage staff and celebrate team successes.
6. Ensure compliance with company operating procedures.
7. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clientele.
9. Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.
10. Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants.
11. Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
12. Set up in-store training routines and identify training needs.
13. Manage day-to-day store administration and control costs.
14. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail/luxury industry.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a boutique lead role.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
