1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.

11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.

13. Recruit and develop top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
15. Assess and promote staff performance and growth potential.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
