- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
- Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and assortment in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations and mentor the sales team.
- Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
- Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling and store coverage.
- Oversee cost control measures and ensure efficient store operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Assume full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive work environment to motivate and develop staff.
- Recruit top talent and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift weights up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
