1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock levels and assortment in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations and mentor the sales team.
8. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
9. Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling and store coverage.
10. Oversee cost control measures and ensure efficient store operations.
11. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
12. Assume full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
14. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
15. Foster a positive work environment to motivate and develop staff.
16. Recruit top talent and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift weights up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
