- Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, to ensure efficient store coverage.
- Manage costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics and policies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Create a supportive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and feedback.
- Implement Top Store initiatives and ensure team understanding.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding disciplinary actions.
- Assess performance and growth potential of staff to build a strong team and promote career paths.
- Identify training needs for individuals and the team.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
