1. Manage shipping and receiving of transfers and client merchandise.
2. Ensure accurate packaging and wrapping of merchandise for shipping.
3. Supervise UPS log and track packages efficiently.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries as needed.
5. Report damaged merchandise to management promptly.
6. Organize merchandise in the stock area to meet top store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored according to company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
10. Maintain store inventory readiness at all times.
11. Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Facilitate the repair cycle by liaising with clients to return merchandise.
14. Order necessary supplies for the store.
15. Support operations and store maintenance concerning facilities and fixtures.
16. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
17. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for luxury experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
6. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
7. Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
8. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
