- Manage the shipping and receiving of transfers and client merchandise.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately packaged and wrapped for shipping.
- Monitor UPS logs and track packages effectively.
- Coordinate hand deliveries as needed.
- Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
- Organize merchandise in the stock area according to top store standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and censored per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
- Maintain the store's inventory readiness at all times.
- Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Facilitate the repair cycle by liaising with clients to return merchandise.
- Order necessary supplies for the store.
- Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in stock control and selling.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
