- Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
- Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
- Pack and unpack items for stockroom shelving, adhering to company policies.
- Verify inventory by comparing physical counts with data and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink rates align with company standards.
- Organize and store items systematically in warehouses and supply rooms.
- Label stock items with identification tags or numbers for team accessibility.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in storage areas, organizing monthly deep cleaning.
- Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors.
- Assist and direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
- Dispose of or return damaged or defective items to vendors.
- Coordinate with couriers for stock pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain inventory records, price lists, and shipment reports.
- Order and manage supplies, assessing needs from contracts and requisitions.
- Ensure high standards of after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
- Manage defective and damaged items with production teams.
- Use systems correctly for processing repairs and liaise with local suppliers for efficient service.
- Recommend disposal of excess or obsolete stock.
- Maintain and contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate with VM teams about arrivals and unused props.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock operations within a retail environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- High standards of personal image and presentation.
- Mathematical skills and basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock operations within a retail environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
