1. Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
2. Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
3. Pack and unpack items for stockroom shelving, adhering to company policies.
4. Verify inventory by comparing physical counts with data and investigate discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
6. Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink rates align with company standards.
7. Organize and store items systematically in warehouses and supply rooms.
8. Label stock items with identification tags or numbers for team accessibility.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in storage areas, organizing monthly deep cleaning.
10. Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors.
11. Assist and direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
12. Dispose of or return damaged or defective items to vendors.
13. Coordinate with couriers for stock pickups and deliveries.
14. Prepare and maintain inventory records, price lists, and shipment reports.
15. Order and manage supplies, assessing needs from contracts and requisitions.
16. Ensure high standards of after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
17. Manage defective and damaged items with production teams.
18. Use systems correctly for processing repairs and liaise with local suppliers for efficient service.
19. Recommend disposal of excess or obsolete stock.
20. Maintain and contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate with VM teams about arrivals and unused props.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock operations within a retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
3. High standards of personal image and presentation.

4. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.

7. Fluency in English and Dutch.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock operations within a retail environment is required.
