- Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client transfers.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Supervise UPS logs and track packages efficiently.
- Coordinate hand deliveries and report any damaged merchandise to management.
- Organize merchandise in the stock area to meet top store standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and perform cycle counts.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership.
- Maintain the store in an inventory-ready state at all times.
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by liaising with clients to return merchandise.
- Order necessary supplies for the store and support operations and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 2-4 years in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
