1. Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client transfers.
2. Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
3. Supervise UPS logs and track packages efficiently.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries and report any damaged merchandise to management.
5. Organize merchandise in the stock area to meet top store standards.
6. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
7. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and perform cycle counts.
8. Reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership.
9. Maintain the store in an inventory-ready state at all times.
10. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
11. Assist in the repair cycle by liaising with clients to return merchandise.
12. Order necessary supplies for the store and support operations and maintenance.
13. Ensure cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
14. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
2. Minimum High School Diploma.

1. Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
6. Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
8. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 2-4 years in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
