1. Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory control.
3. Participate in the replenishment process to enhance customer service and product placement.
4. Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
5. Supervise UPS logs and track packages, arranging hand deliveries as needed.
6. Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
7. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored according to company policy.
8. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
9. Prepare the store for inventory, maintaining inventory readiness at all times.
10. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
11. Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients to return merchandise.
12. Order necessary supplies for the store.
13. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
14. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
15. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
6. Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
7. Flexibility in availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 2-4 years in retail or customer experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
