1. Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
2. Organize the stockroom to maintain top store standards.
3. Conduct inventory control and housekeeping activities.
4. Participate in the replenishment process to ensure optimal customer service and product placement.
5. Supervise UPS logs and track packages, arranging hand deliveries as necessary.
6. Report damaged merchandise to management and prepare items for in-store allocation.
7. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
8. Ensure merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
9. Prepare the store for inventory, maintaining inventory readiness at all times.
10. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
11. Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
12. Order supplies for the store and support operations and store maintenance.
13. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
14. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with luxury experience preferred.
2. High School Diploma required.

1. Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
6. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
8. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
