- Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
- Organize the stockroom to maintain top store standards.
- Conduct inventory control and housekeeping activities.
- Participate in the replenishment process to ensure optimal customer service and product placement.
- Supervise UPS logs and track packages, arranging hand deliveries as necessary.
- Report damaged merchandise to management and prepare items for in-store allocation.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
- Prepare the store for inventory, maintaining inventory readiness at all times.
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order supplies for the store and support operations and store maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
