- Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to meet top store standards.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored according to company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and inventory readiness.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
- Process incoming repairs and manage claim paperwork with Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order and manage store supplies.
- Support store operations and maintenance of facilities and fixtures.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Flexibility in availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2-4 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
