1. Manage the shipping and receiving of transfers and client merchandise.
2. Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
3. Supervise UPS log and track packages, arranging hand deliveries as needed.
4. Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
5. Organize merchandise in the stock area to meet top store standards.
6. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored according to company policy.
7. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
8. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
9. Maintain inventory readiness at all times.
10. Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
11. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
12. Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
13. Order supplies for the store.
14. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
15. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
16. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with luxury experience preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Drive for results.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Competency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
8. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 2-4 years in retail or customer experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
