- Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client items.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping.
- Monitor and track packages using UPS log.
- Arrange hand deliveries as needed.
- Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
- Organize merchandise in the stock area according to Top Store standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and censored per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager.
- Maintain inventory readiness at all times.
- Create Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order necessary supplies for the store.
- Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in stock control.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs or more.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock control or a related field.
