1. Manage shipping and receiving of merchandise and client items.
2. Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping.
3. Monitor and track packages using UPS log.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries as needed.
5. Report damaged merchandise to management promptly.
6. Organize stock area according to Top Store standards.
7. Ensure merchandise is ticketed and censored per company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager.
10. Maintain inventory readiness at all times.
11. Create Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Assist in the repair cycle by communicating with clients for merchandise returns.
14. Order necessary supplies for the store.
15. Support operations and maintenance of store facilities and fixtures.
16. Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area.
17. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
4. Experience in stock control.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs or more.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock control or a similar role within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
