1. Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
2. Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring adherence to packaging standards.
3. Monitor and track packages using UPS logs.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries as necessary.
5. Report damaged merchandise to management promptly.
6. Organize stock areas according to Top Store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and censored in compliance with company policies.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the Store Manager.
10. Maintain the store's readiness for inventory at all times.
11. Create Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claims to Corporate.
13. Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients to return repaired merchandise.
14. Order necessary supplies for the store.
15. Support store operations and maintenance related to facilities and fixtures.
16. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area.
17. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
4. Experience in stock control.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs or more.
