- Manage shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
- Ensure accurate packaging and wrapping of merchandise for shipping.
- Supervise and track UPS logs and packages.
- Coordinate hand deliveries and report damaged merchandise to management.
- Organize stockroom to meet top store standards and ensure merchandise is ticketed and censored according to company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and conduct cycle counts.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership and maintain inventory readiness.
- Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF) and process incoming repairs, submitting claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by liaising with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order store supplies and support operations and maintenance of facilities and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for luxury experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience in stock control and sales.
- Strong organizational skills and a drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
